Just got back from a trip to Bali in Indonesia and while there we fairly regularly ordered lumpia. At this one place we ate at, the lumpia was served with this spicy but sweet (black coloured) dipping sauce. Definitely contained chili. Now I'm trying to find out what it was to see if I can buy it back home, as I really, really liked it.
